There is one address for everything: [email protected]. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within five working days. Urgent safeguarding or security matters are looked at first.
What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can help:
- The email address on your account, if you have one, so we can find it.
- A link to the page, module or step you are writing about.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened, with a screenshot if you can.
- The device and browser you were using, if it is a technical problem.
Mistakes in revision content
Every step in a module has a report option. Using it sends us the exact step, so it is the quickest way to flag a wrong answer, a typo or something that no longer matches the specification. Teachers who spot a problem in a guide or want to suggest a correction are welcome to email instead.
Accounts and progress
Most account changes, including your name, email, password, two-factor authentication, public profile, parent contacts and deleting your account, are in your settings once you are logged in. Email us if you are locked out, if you deleted your account by mistake within the last three months, or if something in your progress looks wrong.
Privacy and your data
To ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or raise any concern about how it is used, email us from the address on your account with "Data request" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how long we take to reply.
Safeguarding and reporting a user
If you are worried about another user's behaviour, their username, or anything on a public profile, please tell us straight away. Include the username or profile link. Parents, carers and teachers can contact us on a student's behalf. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
Schools, colleges and teachers
DoRevision is free for teachers and students. If you want help introducing it to a class or department, have a request for a subject or specification we do not cover yet, or would like to talk about supporting DoRevision, drop us a line.
