This module is about **daily life**: the times of day, the things you do, and the places you go. As before, every word is shown three ways: the **script**, the **sound** (a simple transliteration in brackets), and the **English**. Persian reads from **right to left**.

The parts of the day: - **روز (ruz)** = day - **صبح (sobh)** = morning - **عصر (asr)** = evening - **شب (shab)** = night

How the writing works 🔤

Persian uses the **Perso-Arabic script**, read from **right to left**, with the letters **joined up** into cursive words. There are **no capital letters**. Persian adds four letters of its own for sounds Arabic does not have: **پ گ چ ژ** (p, g, ch, zh).
