Urdu puts is at the end
The school words become sentences once you add the little word that closes them. Urdu reads right to left and puts "is" or "am" at the end, where English would not: - میں طالب علم ہوں = "I am a student". میں is "I", then what you are, then ہوں - the form of "am" that goes with میں. - استاد اسکول میں ہے = "the teacher is at school". Here میں is a different word meaning "at", and it follows اسکول rather than coming before it. ہے closes the sentence.
