Health and helping
This module builds your Bengali for two everyday topics: looking after your health, and helping other people. Each Bengali example is shown with a simple way to say it in brackets, then its English meaning: স্বাস্থ্য (shastho) means health. A full sentence looks like this: আমি ভালো আছি (ami bhalo achhi), meaning I am fine.

A healthy balance
Healthy living is about balance: moving your body, eating good food and getting enough rest. There is no single right shape or size, and asking for help is always fine.
