Grouping feedback 🗂️
Feedback is grouped two ways. First, by **source**: intrinsic (from your own feel) or extrinsic (from a coach or crowd). Second, by **timing**: concurrent (during) or terminal (after). Beginners rely more on extrinsic and terminal feedback; experts use more intrinsic and concurrent feedback.
